Project Overview: This project involved the design and implementation of a complete 11kV power distribution network, ensuring a stable and efficient electricity supply for a large residential area. The work included advanced power management solutions, system optimization, and commissioning to guarantee long-term reliability. Key Achievements: Power Distribution Network Design & Installation: Engineered and deployed a comprehensive 11kV power network, tailored to meet the area's energy demands efficiently. RMUs & MCCs Integration: Supplied and installed Ring Main Units (RMUs) and Motor Control Centers (MCCs) to enhance local power management and ensure seamless operation. System Optimization: Performed load flow analysis and relay setting adjustments, optimizing system performance and ensuring stable power distribution. Residential Power Supply: Successfully delivered a reliable power system for 500 residential units, ensuring uninterrupted electricity service. Project Outcome: Improved system reliability while significantly reducing maintenance requirements, leading to a cost-effective and sustainable solution.
Scope of Work: Cable Disconnection: Discounted the ends of the MV cables from both the Overhead wire side and the RMU side to prepare for the replacement. Excavation: Conducted excavation to extract the underground cable, enabling easy replacement of the faulty end cable with a new one.
